Return & Exchange

We want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Because we sell consumable food products, returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

You are eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is expired or near expiry upon delivery
  • The package was missing items

Returns are not accepted if:

  • The product has been opened or partially consumed
  • The packaging is damaged due to customer handling
  • You changed your mind after delivery
  • The product was purchased during a special sale or promotion (non-returnable)

2. Time Window for Return Requests

You must raise a return or exchange request within:

48 hours of receiving your order

Requests raised after this period will not be eligible.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Photos/video of the issue (mandatory for approval)
  • Description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4. Inspection & Approval

Once your request is submitted:

  1. Our team verifies the issue
  2. A pickup may be scheduled if necessary
  3. On inspection and approval, we will process

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only for valid and approved cases.

Refund method:

  • Online orders: refunded to the original payment method
  • COD orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer

Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.

6. Exchanges

If the correct product is available, we will send a replacement.

If not, we may issue:

  • A refund, or
  • Store credit for future purchases

7. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping

You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it.

After Shipping

Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Products purchased under clearance or flash sale

9. Damages During Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please record a video while opening the package
  • Share the video with our support team for validation
  • We will replace the product at no extra cost
