  • National deliveries: 4–7 business days

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

We will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

3. Shipping Charges

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Unavailable recipient

If the order returns to us due to these reasons, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Record a video while opening the package (mandatory for claim approval)
  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos

We will arrange a replacement or resolution as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. COD (Cash on Delivery)

If COD is available on your order:

  • The courier partner may contact you before delivery
  • Please keep the exact amount ready
  • Refusal of COD orders may limit future COD availability for your account

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

9. Delivery Delays

We strive to deliver within stated timelines, but delays can occur due to factors outside our control.

No compensation or refund will be issued solely due to shipping delays.

However, if the package is lost by the courier, we will assist in processing a replacement.
